Major Moves: A Shift In Focus

Wow! It’s been so long since I’ve written here and so much has changed since my last post in 2021. My life, this business, and the world have all experienced dramatic shifts, yet I still find the sentiment of my January Reset around three key organizing principles rings true. I continue to rely on the philosophies I shared then to keep me feeling calm and capable when things around me start feeling chaotic.

What has that past year and half entailed from my perspective? Here’s a quick recap:

  • I put my attention on supporting more people making moves big and small, from staging prep to packing and setting up new homes in Toronto, Muskoka, PEI and the U.S.

  • I’m completing my Interior Decorating Certificate and have enjoyed doing more space planing and decorating related projects for new homeowners.

  • I earned an ADHD Specialist Certificate from the Institute for Challenging Disorganization since recognizing how pervasive ADHD symptoms are.

  • Our family, and this business relocated to Kelowna, BC where I’m establishing a new sense of community and looking to take on new projects.

I figure what better time than now to return to the blog and share all the hot tips from orchestrating these major moves—my own to Kelowna—and many others as well.

Here I plan to share things to get rid of, pack, keep with you, prioritize, source and plan for if you’re embarking on a major move of your own.

Are you ready to come on this journey with me? Are there particular questions on your mind I can help answer? I’m here to help you make your next big move—with ease!
